Client files are shared only with MotionRise Media team members, editors, project managers, or approved collaborators who need access to complete the work.

6. Portfolio Use

MotionRise Media may use final edited videos, screenshots, or short clips for portfolio, marketing, or showcase purposes only after the client has published, delivered, or otherwise used the final work, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

If a project is confidential, the client should clearly tell MotionRise Media before work begins.

7. Data Retention

We keep project information and files only as long as needed for editing, revisions, delivery, billing, legal records, and reasonable business purposes.

Large project files may be deleted after delivery or after a reasonable period to manage storage.

8. Client Rights

Clients may request correction, deletion, or removal of their project files from MotionRise Media storage where possible, unless retention is required for billing, legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect client files and information. No online service, storage platform, or transfer method is completely risk-free, but we take file access and confidentiality seriously.

10. Policy Updates
