By making an initial deposit and completing our onboarding process, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services and Deliverables

MotionRise Media provides professional video editing services for businesses and creators. Work begins once the onboarding information and initial project assets are received.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth workflow, clients must provide:

• Raw footage via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
• Active participation in progress management via Trello.
• Feedback through designated review tools such as Loom or Frame.io.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Service delivery is contingent upon receipt of agreed-upon deposits as outlined in your specific project quote.

5. Delivery Timeline

Project delivery is governed by the "Timeline" and "Turnaround Time" sections established during your onboarding phase. Any delay in providing required assets may impact these deadlines.
